What to expect at your first visit

Every new guest at Sadhna Wellness Center begins with a private consultation rather than a treatment. We set aside about forty-five minutes to review your health history, current medications, skincare routine, energy levels, sleep and the goals that brought you in. For wellness concerns such as hormone imbalance, low testosterone or weight management, we may order lab work so that any plan we recommend is based on your own numbers instead of a template. For aesthetic concerns, we examine your skin in person, discuss what a realistic result looks like for your anatomy and skin type, and explain the difference between the options available — neuromodulators, dermal filler, HydraFacial, Halo or BBL laser resurfacing, or a combination staged over several months.

You will leave with a written plan, a clear price for each step and no obligation to book anything that day. If a treatment is not right for you, or if a less expensive approach would serve you better, we will say so. Many guests start with a single service and build a longer-term plan once they see how their skin or bloodwork responds.

Getting here and parking

Our studio sits on Jericho Turnpike in Jericho, New York, a few minutes from the Northern State Parkway and the Long Island Expressway, with free on-site parking directly at the entrance. Guests travel to us from across Nassau County — Syosset, Woodbury, Old Westbury, Plainview, Hicksville, Westbury, Greenvale and Muttontown are all within a short drive, and the Syosset and Hicksville LIRR stations are roughly ten minutes away by car. Evening and Saturday appointments fill quickly, so we recommend requesting a time at least a week ahead if your schedule is inflexible.

Common questions before booking

How soon will someone respond to my consultation request?

We answer consultation requests within one business day, usually the same day if you write to us before mid-afternoon. If your question is time-sensitive, calling (516) 544-8899 during business hours is the fastest route.

Is the consultation free, and am I obligated to book treatment?

The initial aesthetic consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. Medical wellness consultations that include a provider review and lab ordering carry a fee, which we credit toward your first treatment plan if you choose to move forward.

Do you take insurance?

Aesthetic and elective wellness services are self-pay. We accept all major credit cards, HSA and FSA cards where the service qualifies, and we offer package pricing for treatments that require a series, such as laser resurfacing or weight-management programs.

Can I combine several treatments in one visit?

Often, yes. Botox and a HydraFacial, or an IV drip alongside a hormone follow-up, pair comfortably in a single appointment. Laser resurfacing and injectables are usually spaced apart so that swelling and healing do not overlap. We will map the sequence for you at consultation.

What should I do before my appointment?

Come with clean skin if you are booking a facial or laser service, avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements for twenty-four hours before injectables, and bring a list of your current medications and any recent lab results for wellness visits.
